Complaint / review text:
There was no one in line so we went to the counter. I waited to be attended and one of your employee's name Michael was right in front of me at the counter. He then ignored us and said "next in line" even though we were right in front of him waiting for his assistance. It was very rude and we felt uncomfortable renting our movie. We decided to leave. I am seriously considering never going back and canceling my account and telling our friends and family to do the same. I also heard another employee ask the same employee, Michael, if she should write down something regarding another customers movie issues. His reply was "No, they can just complain if they want." Something seriously needs to be done about this employee, Michael, that you have hired. It is ruining your business. Thank you.
