I am based in the UK however I have had NO luck in solving this issue regardless of 2 letters and several emails - yet noone is replying to me. I bought the above film at the beginning of April from ASDA superstores - as a deaf film collector I only purchase films with DVDS, this film clearly states english captions for the hard of hearing - however they film doesnt have captions - false advertising. And breaks discrimination laws. I have complained - however I have heard nothing...
