I purchased what was to be a complete business from this seller on ebay for $1000 agreed price and also some LPS to get started selling for $391.00 and I got nothing for my money but lies. This guy Sean is his first name, said he sent everything in the mail and I waited 4 months to get everything and contacted him many times telling him I did not get what I paid for and the guy does a disappearing act on me. I never received this complete business below and I advise all people in the future not to buy from this guy lp's or this business he sells. He will take your money and you will get nothing. He is a scam artist of the worst kind and pathological liar. Here is what he sold me so buyers can be aware and not buy from this guy and get taken and ripedoff like I did. He sells on ebay and the company ebay and paypal will do nothing about this seller. They continue to let this guy rip people off.

Thank you for your interest in this auction and opportunity. RSS Cinema has been entrepreneurs on Ebay for over 7 years and has just recently formed a brand new company as you see called RSS Cinema. If you ask anyone who knows the in's and out's of Ebay, they will tell you the hardest part of an Ebay business is starting out. Usually, sales are very slow until your business has a sales history of the products you are currently marketing and until customers can see good feedback related to your items. As you can see though, we have debunked that and business has been plentiful right from the beginning. Why? We have the knowledge and experience to know what it takes to sell and market entertainment products. Between the 3 RSS Cinema employees, we have over 30 years in the industry. With a brand new Ebay business account with a feedback of zero, we knew exactly what it took for sales to be steady on a new account as it would be for a business of 6 months on Ebay. As you see our business right now, we are not even at half of full market and exposure.
This business was pretty much started on March 17th, and since then we have taken in over $70,000 of gross revenue just on Ebay & have sold now over 5,000 items. How we operate, how we conduct daily operation, the programs we use, and the marketing we currently utilize, can and will all be in the hands of the winning bidder of this auction.
Basically, the winning bidder will receive an identical business to ours, with the only difference being it will be run on your own Ebay account. Everything you see, and everything we use to run this successful business will be yours; Including the formatted product databases, product image links, and programs to run this business. It took over 6 years to acquire/build and over $20,000 to have completed. This business is not your ordinary start up Ebay business, nor is it a temporary/seasonal type. Our business plan was 10 years and it should be yours also.
So before I get into the guts and everything the winning bidder will be receiving, I want to again clarify what this auction is for. This auction is for the winning bidder to get into the entertainment business running and using everything we currently do. It is comparable to someone walking into our office and taking over RSS Cinema. The only difference is that your business will be run on your own Ebay account. This means all profits are yours. No partnerships, pyramid schemes, etc. The business will be yours 100%.
What the winning bidder will be receiving
Product Databases:
The guts of the business. We currently have a product line formatted and available to sell on Ebay of over 600,000 items. This includes DVD, High Def DVD, UMD, Blu Ray DVD, Music CD, Vinyl LP, Vinyl 12 Inch Singles, 7 Inch Singles, and Video Games. So as you can see, we ourselves have not even scratched the surface of the amount of products we have up on Ebay.
All of these products are formatted. They were taken from a raw sense and created into a manner that is suitable for Ebay. To have this done yourself would take months upon months and/or several thousand dollars to have done.
These databases will be uploaded to your auction management software you will use to run this business. The software is called Marketworks which we will get to in a few seconds. Once the databases are uploaded, we will then send you copies for your records in case anything down the road happens to them.
Of the 55,000 DVD currently available to sell, we have images for over 32,000. This means on top of using Ebay Prefill (a system where Ebay provides you a picture and description for each title by UPC #), you will have a custom or enlarged image to place inside your auction for that specific item.
On top of all this, all the Video Game and DVD products will be sorted by category (Action, drama, exercise, Xbox, PS2, etc). Again, this was a long process to complete and would take several months to do yourself.
Once the product databases are loaded, they are there forever until you delete them. You will never have to format them from a raw state as we had to.
Auction Management Software:
The software you will use, and where your product databases will be loaded to is called Marketworks. It is a web based client which you can use anywhere there is an internet connection. On top of managing your product inventory, this system sends out invoices to customers, logs in PayPal payments, leaves feedback, sends email reminders and other notices and so much more. All I mentioned is done with full automation. Using this program, we never have to log into Ebay; everything is done within this program. We chose this software because it is very robust with product inventory capabilities and features.
Inventory Programs:
Without these programs we've had custom built, there would be no way to sell product in the manner that we do. We do not have an outside company or supplier drop ship our products but instead do all the shipping ourselves. At the same time, we do not keep an inventory. To do this, especially with a product line of over 600,000 items, you have to make sure that everything you list onto Ebay is in stock and available to ship when the customer purchases from you. The programs we had built literally extract all vital information for each title from the suppliers, and transfer it into your own Marketworks database. This maintains your database of products live and current with the supplier while at the same time ensuring the products you have live on Ebay are in hand and in stock. The end result is a fluent system that allows you not to keep tens of thousands of dollars in inventory, but at the same time ensuring in an ethical manner that you are not selling/listing out of stock items onto Ebay (which is against Ebay policy). These programs over time have cost more than $10,000 to have built and this business cannot be run without them.
Suppliers:
We will have you set up with both of the suppliers we use for products. For one of the suppliers, your account will be set up with our pricing for all DVD and Video Game products. This means that instead of a normal, everyday person receiving the default product pricing when they get a new account, you will automatically have the same product pricing we have (which has taken over 6 years to achieve.) There are no costs to get an account, and these suppliers are the leading suppliers to most major North American retail stores.
Training:
After everything has been set up (Marketworks, suppliers, supplies, etc.), you will begin training. You will be given our operations manual that we wrote and currently use to train our help if needed. This manual is well over 70 pages long and it is so thorough that it instructs you on all business procedures down to right and left clicking. Training will also be conducted through live online chat programs. Once you have been trained and your business is launched, we will still provide training/help for questions you may have as they present themselves to you. We will also provide our advice, opinions, etc for any ideas you may have outside of what you have been trained.
If after your training you do not feel comfortable with everything, you can fly out here for a day (on my dime) and we can go over the things you are having trouble with along with everything else.

We had a website built that houses all the current products (6000,000 plus). It is built around being a members site, but we have not actually done anything with it yet.
The winning bidder of this auction will receive on disc all the files of our website. You would then need to have someone (or yourself if you know how) change all the data from RSS Cinema (PayPal account infor, addresses, domain etc). The important thing though is the back end (databases, format of the databases to upload/update product etc) is all done. You would not have to change anything unless you wanted to. Of course you would want to redesign the front page etc, but it would all be there.
Basically, you could make the site into anything you wanted since you would have all the files and most importantly, the back end.
This website to have built and programmed for over 600,000 products came close to $6,000.

This is not a hobby business. This is a full time business, but can also be part time if you choose not to want to sell in large volume. There will always be something you can be doing in this business and sales happen around the clock. Emails will always be coming in with questions or shipping inquiries. If you think going into this business that this is not quite a bit of work, then you will be in for a shock.
This business requires good customer service skills. Even though you are dealing with people 99.9% of the time through email, it is actually more difficult to know exactly the mood, tone, and expression of the text you receive and vice versa. There are many sellers who do not answer emails and that is a huge mistake. If you are not one who does not like to answer emails no matter how significant or irrelevant a question is, you should not get into this business. Not answering emails will reflect in the feedback you will receive.
