Gibson Truck World in my eyes is just another RipOff Truck Dealer who screws people and laughs all the way to the bank. Bought a 2006 350 Ford for $30,000plus our 2004 for trade. Took out extended warrenty for another 3,000 plus. Didn't even have it a year and the TURBO went bad on our way down to Florida. $2,100 out of pocket and another $100.00 for them to have a guy look at it and say it was rusted. Extended warrenty doesn't cover rusted turbos!!! That was in oct. 2012!!! Now it's November and we break down again. This time the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. Egr cooler is crap. Leaking Anti-Freeze internally, engine over heated, blew head gaskets. $4,000 something to fix. Guess what extended warrenty doesn't cover that either. Would not ever buy another EXTENDED WARRRENT or TRUCK from this place. MAP is the Extended Wminenty Companies name.By the way called DUDLEY at Gibson Truck World and guess what he had to say. Sorry lady this is your problem not ours. If you want to pay another $300.00 to have it towed to a place where we recomend they would fix it cheaper were sure. My only sad part about this story is that some nice guy like us will end up with our peice of crap truck and I would hate to see someone else be treated like this.
