Lied about the mileage on the used truck ripoff

I bought a dodge 1500 4 door black with crome in 2004. They replaced the engine because it seized after I uses it one time. The mileage on the truck at the time of purchase was 88, ooo the new engine had 52,662. The warrenty was for 36,000 over the original miles.

Well the engine seized agian 2006 and the warrenty would not cover it because Allied Auto brokers reported the truck having 52,662 at the time of the sell. I explained I was told that was the mileage of the new engine and no knows about the new engine. Oh and guess what. Allied Auto Brokers in st cloud Fl is no longer there.

I owe 11,000 on a truck with a seized engine and no warrenty because they lied. The title showes 52,662 at the time I purchased it? But when i Inasured it they took down 88,000 with pics of the truck because it is fully covered. I am attempting to get copies of the Insurance paper still waiting.

Any other Ideas please let me know.
