I'm not from Atlanta and have never taken this route. At 8:25 a black female driver was approaching bus #75 Tucker to drive the bus. I said "Goodmorning, can you tell me if this is the bus that goes to N Royal Atlanta Drive?" She was texting on her cell phone & didn't seem to want to answer my question." Eventually she said "I don't know find a schedule". Well, I found a schedule and it stated this bus was going to my destination at 8:30 AM! As I turned to make my way back to the bus she was driving off! Needless to say, I missed the bus & now I'm late for an appointment. This could have been avoided if she had simply said "Yes, this route is going to your destination." MARTA employees should realize that not all passengers are from Atlanta or a particular part of the city and may need a little help. I will also be calling to make a formal complaint and will see to it this MARTA employee is reprimanded!
