Repsessed my Daughters car at work while i was on the phone making payment arrangements

Shame on You AMERICREDIT

Meet Marta and Kayla

Marta is an Optician, age 27,4' 11 tall, 95lbs, a single mother. Kayla Marie a five-month-old infant. Marta and Kayla were forced to leave home by Dad, the homeowner when Kayla was two months old. Dad had other interests at that time that obviously did not include Marta and Kayla. Marta managed to secure an apartment for Kayla and herself with all the expenses that go along with building a home and caring for Kayla's needs.in the interim her car payment fell three months behind with AMERICREDIT. Marta continued to work full time paying for daytime baby care and traveling more than an hour for work, often times as needed by her Optical Company. Marta's Step Dad (collecting unemployment insurance) signed an authorization form to be able to help Marta catch up.
Mindy Graves (collection supervisor for AMERICREDIT) spoke to Marta's step dad to make arrangements to catch up on these payments, first she would accept one months payment, then requested a month and one half and finally required two months to remove Marta's transportation from the Repo List. Marta's step dad explained he could only manage one and one half months payment at that time and was told by Mindy Graves that she would accept the money but would not take Marta's car off the Repo list with out two full months. Step Dad asked why not. Mindy graves reply, because that is my deceision, that is why. While on the phone with Mindy Graves, Dad gets a call on his cell phone from Marta AT WORK, in tears and hysterical, they are towing my car. You see, Mindy Graves had another Employee Zoe, call Marta at work with the pretense of harassing Marta for Their Money to quote Zoe, but really to make sure she was there at work with the car. The tow truck driver refused to give Marta any of Kayla's belongings from the car, until several employees where Marta works came filing out in her defense. The tow truck driver finally released Kayla's car seat, stroller and Mom's cell phone. Pretty tricky Mindy, nice work AMERICREDIT.
Lets pass this around to anyone you can and give americredit all the credit they deserve.
