We purchased a motor from them in may, our customer received it and it was the wrong motor. We sent it back. They accepted the freight off of the truck. Then the next day claimed that its not the motor they sent out. We have picture proof and freight documents supporting that it is the same motor they sent our customer. They will not refund us our money so that we can refund our customer!
