I placed an order for a motor on July 23rd. I wired $1140.00 to World Auto Parts on the 23rd. Very long story short it is now Sept. 22nd and I have no motor and no money. The last three weeks the phones and web site have been out of service.
My last contact consisted of various employees telling me when i called that my motor was ready and waqs being shipped. Several times I was told it would be shipped including by a manager named Chuck at extension #109. Nothing... No motor and now I am unable to contact them for a refund!!!
I am at a loss. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Beureau but I desparately need my money back. I did not give tham a gift of $1140.00. I would also accept the motor but no one can be reached by phone or email. I cannot afford this... Help!
