The day after I sent an e-mail order I e-mail them that I forgot one item and asked them to call. They did call but said they could not add another item and I had to go back on-line and pay another shipping charge.in this case the shipping charge was far greater than the item I needed. I was told that there was "no way" they could accomodate me even though the package had not left their warehouse. Sad that they do not have better control of their operation. Their shipping costs are too high and I agree with several other people that their shipping costs are too high. It is obvious that they just did not want to make an effort to help out. They have lost a customer albeit a small one.
