Just bought a use car from Rafferty Subaru in Newtown Square PA. Looked good, drove good but when we went to change fluids we noticed that the frame had big rust hole it it. I had it inspected by a certified I-Car Platinum collision technician and was told that the car was not safe to drive because the frame was ready to collapse. We made several attempts to contact Bob Rafferty Jr directly via his personal email and personal cell phone. No response. Dealerships always inspect every car they take in on trade so they can determine a value they are willing to pay on trade. So prior to selling they should either fix or disclose. Most ethical business would immediately rectify the problem if they truly missed the problem. No return contact just coveys their culture of what they can get away with.in my opinion Rafferty Subaru and Bob Rafferty Jr are very unethical and negligent. Negligent acts kill.
