Ripoff overcharge for a vehicle, told me to come back and they will pay off my vehicle but I don't have the credit

I went in there on Oct 19 and got my 1995 chevy s10 with a payment of 92 biweekly payments of 146.25= $13,455. AAl that for a truck that is now worth 1800 to 3000. I am now two years into my contract and my pay off is still $6500. And they say that my credit is still not good enough to get out of my old contract. And I have nobody to cosign for me
