Managers and workers charged me $20.00 for a free estamate alignment check. My whole front end is new they lied said i needed parts that were new

Monroe on s Arlington rd is a rip off they do the jobs they want too then push out everyone else and charge people a fee even if they don't do the work they plan on how to get you soon as you walk in the door..
I went to Monroe for a aligmemt and they lied to me saying I need parts but my truck has all new front end parts. They charged me $20.00 for attempting to give me the straight up truth I wouldnt take another vehicle there for nothing on earth
