RIPOFF Selling Lemons In Las Vegas NV Big Wheels are much more reliable

Can someone please explain why in the world KIA would put in the back of the warranty and consumer information manual each states information on the lemon law if ther car's are built with quality and saftey (as they say on their website.) I can only come up with one thing they all know their cars are cheep and a serious death trap.

I own a kia spectra 2000 and from one month after paying about 17 thousad up front I could not get the car to start. Now sitting in triple digt heat for a few hours for a tow truck to show it would finally start up, I would still have it taken in to have a look at and they would say that there is nothing that they could do.

Now this has happened several times and finally after a couple years they and several trips to the dealer they finaly put in a new starter something I have been telling them to do from the start. My POS death trap has been in several times in the past four year all pretty much for the same thing to be taken care of.

The car shakes and makes horrible sounds when I am driving anything over 45 MPH something that is not worng to them, the lighter did not work and I never used it, the wire frame in the driver seat was bent so bad that it tore a hole in the seat, air bag light always on and always needing to be replaced even thoough it's never been used.

Weather striping on outside windsheild blew off while driving all other weather striping was coming off, bumper loose, splash gaurd under car dragging, driver side inside of car handle came off, middle compartment latch keep breaking off, latch release for trunk broken.

Batteries need to be replaced frequently, shift lever sticks need to use screwdriver to release, breaks always going out and rotters need to be bought because of no warning sounds that breaks are going out, the car when able to stop feels like someone hitting you from behind. Tranmision fluid needs to be cleaned out and changed often beacuse it turns a dark black. I know that there is an oil leak because of the garage floor but according to the dealer there is not.

There are other things that have gone wrong with the car that they will not fix. It just ticks me off to read all the crap that kia states about quality and safety and that they will do all they can to make things right, when in fact I don't see nothing but compliants about the service sales reps car techs but most of all the darn car its self.

Yeah I know that KIA is a low end car that is cheap to buy but really is it fair to take advantage and make billions off people that depend on their great quailty line of cars that they give such a warranty? Most of us don't just pick the car because of the warranty but because of the pricing of the car is within our budget.

I have had many times that I was not able to depend on my car for to get me places I need to go. I now carry with me a bus pass for me and the rest of my family so in those moments I ahve something to get me around when the darn thing breaks down out of the blue. I have come to believe that the bus system is more trust worthy and I can actualy get around faster and feel more safe.

I would like to see what kind of car the owner of KIA drives and how that person would handle a situation in an emergancy and go to start up a car that wont start and be told that there is nothing worng with it over and over.

I would love to see the kia owners take their car and just drop them off at the corp office and protest on them making lemons but then it dawns on me the darn cars would never make it there. So in the mean time I am going to paint the hole thing bright Yellow and write Lemon all over it and take it as far as it will go.

So if anyone has any better ideas let me know I am ready to try about anything.
