Motors lemon ripoff

I was sold a lemon 2000 Ford Focus...

About one year ago I bought a used 2000 Ford Focus. I was truely happy in getting a great car, still under "full warranty". Little did I know I just made the worst mistake in buying this car. The day I left, with the car my, breaks were making a squeeking noise. I called the sales person who advised me to bring it in "when ever you have time" one month went by and I still had "no time". I called the sales person again with my concers and explained the noise, he once again told me to not worry about it. After some short time I took my car in to get the breaks changed.

Since I didn't take it in right away they said my routers were ruined. The dealship would not let me take my car home unless I replaced them, and would not cover the charge. Two months and $400.00 later more problems began to happen. My key would not come out of the ignition and it would not turn to start the car. This was also not covered under my "full warrant", next due to some kind of problem with bolts my tires became bald and had to be replace, once again at my expense.

Next came the power locks and trunk problem (problem being they stopped working), you guessed it, this also was not under my "full warranty", the radio turns off when ever it feels like, my cuise control doesn't work, my wipers don't work, and now my car is stalling. My car stoped running while I was driving and thank GOD there was no traffic. I know I could have hurt myself or someone else. The PCV valve and hose had to be replaced for it *AT MY OWN COST*.

This lemon has been recalled a total of 5 times. Everytime I take the car in I don't get it back for several days! I'm a single mom and when I don't have my car I have to get rides from whoever to take me to work and my daughter to school and back. This is a pain in the a*!!

The biggest slap in the face is when I take my car in to get fixed. The people at the dealer ship seem to have NO empathy and instead find every reason to blame me for the problems and for not being a machanic and knowing these things. I understand that they did not build this car and can't control the problems with it but, for Our sake don't fricken act like this is an isolated occurance. These same problems have happened with over 100's of people and as many recalls in process there is NO need to act dumb.

The Business Manager, Tony Irwin, who sold me the car should be ashamed of himself! How could he not know all the existing problems. I'm sure he is sleeping sound making commision on his sales of these lemons while driving his family around in a safe car.

I would love to trade in or sell this P.O. S but the trade in value is about $3000.00 (funny thats what the repairs cost) and I still owe $12,000.

Is there any justice? Can anyone help me out of this? Help!!
