We took my husband's Volvo in after having it diagnosed at the Volvo dealer. Firestone did the job for almost half of what the Volvo dealer was going to charge. This was not quite a year ago. Well just the other day we noticed some liquid on the garage floor and took it in to Firestone for a check (it is the only place we have been taking our cars since the Volvo dealership). They said it was leaking transmission fluid and referred us to US Transmissions on Grand River. We took the car there and they said it was a faulty part. One of the parts Firestone had put on. We called Firestone and they were wonderful. They said it was all covered and they would get a new part over to US Transmission so they could put it back together with a good part. I can not even begin to tell you how happy we were. No one needs additional car repair bills! The service manager Scott was wonderful. Absolutely no charge to us. We will continue to take our cars to the Firestone on Haggerty just south of 8 Mile Rd. It is great to find a repair shop that is honest and truly helpful!
