A week ago we went to our local Pizza Hut express to order our pizza. As you know these are small 4 seat waiting areas. Upon walking into the store a woman and man were standing outside the entrance smoking. (I am on oxygen) walking through the smoke. We ordered our pizza and wings and after about 15 minutes, right beside where we were waiting the front door was flung open and the woman outside barreled into the kitchen. Moments later the male slammed open the front door and began yelling at her. When she did not answer he opened the kitchen door and began using very foul language. I mean foul. Then the icing on the cake was that the MANAGER, Carla began yelling the same foul words through the kitchen door at him.
I immediately went on line go complain because since this was the manager, I wanted to go to corporate.in five days I had not heard from them so I called corporate. They told me that I should have already been contacted but they would submit the report that I called and it would take about an hour. Here it is one week later and still no contact I called again, same story. I guess it is acceptable for a "family " restaurant to allow its employees to act in this manner. Normally I would just wait for them to contact me and handle it privately but I am now livid. So if you take you children to Pizza Hut, remember, it's okay for the staff to curse and fight around them. Such good examples.
