Wel, Wel company, wel companys, wisconsin express Lines, Wisconsin Express Logistics Wel Company is out to make thier life better at your expense

This Company is Not A great company to work for, they will have you working up to 65 hrs plus per week with lousy benefits and no overtime per the motor carriers act. There base pay is the absolute minimum with no chance of a raise unless your workiing in a shop. The company is slowly going under as they are starting to close up there warehouses and cutting expenses otherwise they have lost majority of there highest paying accounts due to claims with majority being from damage and temperature issues to the freight within the other facilities. Their director of operations has absolutley no clue as whats going on within the company or terminal besides the main terminal based out of De pere WI. And The Current director of operations has been with another company before he was with WEL as that company shut down He Began With WEL. They only visit to the terminals is once to twice a year at max and that is for meetings with the drivers to discuss csa violation, claims and safety procedures. But not to discuss the money spending situation as far as pay for the loads, equipment, supplies, repairs handling freight, and or any other charges that may occur that they should be focusing on. Just

Think twice before you decide to choose a career with this company Because if they do decide to let you go they will sneak around and hide it till the last minute with no notice what so ever. As they will not even offer you severance pay to get by for the time being. They expect you to work all the hours for straight pay which for all the work they have you doing is deffinetley not worth the stress and strain your body will endure. They will tell you that a holiday is coming up and you can have the time off and at the last minute they want you to work for just the straight pay. If You have any sort of a family life be prepared to give it up because with this company they will take it and as long as it is benficial to them you will be working quite a bit for extremely low pay. Just Consider your options before you call Wel home.
