Progressive unpaid claim wont fix car wont pay 3month old claim worthless

My wifes car hit 3 months ago progressive wont fix they cancelled all my paid in full policies and are billing me for money i dont owe they sent me a bill for 700.00 for two grand children one who doesnt drive and the other one already had his own policy with progressive nothing to do with mine these idiots cant keep their records straight. Maybe thats not an accident i think they are just plain crooked
