I went in to get a quote on a set of four 33x12.50R15 bfg at ko's. Ray Kelly quoted me $700.00 total with tax, I asked him to put the quote in writing, which he did. I later called and spoke to Ray to order the tires and again confirmed the price, which he said he would do. On Saturday 9/15 after my wife drove the 100 miles to pick up the tires I called to ensure they were ready. At which time Ray said the tires were no longer the $700.00 he had quoted on multiple occasions, they would now be $900.00!!! I asked to speak to his manager, who he said was busy but would call me back, I never received a call and multiple emails to Plains Co have gone unanswered. It has been four days and no one at Plains seems to care.
