Sold us a lemon. Promised to fix if we follow their procedure. 3 months later and after the car has been in their shop over a month, they do not return calls and the car still has issues. This car supposedly had a certified warranty. Now none of the manager nor the gm will return emails or calls. To top it off, we are out $800 in repair charges on a car that had a certified warranty. Horrible customer service.
