Called their customer service to inform them that our car was in need of repair. It was -3 mi UNDER the warranty mileage. We asked if we should have the car towed to the car repair shop. After speaking TWICE w/their customer service rep (Karen) - we were told not to worry about the mileage & to go ahead & drive it to the shop. This put the mileage at 11 over the warranty. They are denying the claim based on that it is over the warranty mileage.
They (Ben-mgr of Claims) will not return our numerous calls to discuss this.
