I ordered a part from CustomStreetDesigns.com, customer "service" was from SlickCar.com
Received the wrong part (it wasn't what was pictured). I needed this part, as my car wasn't running at all. They sent the wrong part. When I called to let them know, they blamed me for going off of the picture. They then told me I would get the correct one in a week. I called back in two weeks, and they hadn't even ordered it from their supplier yet. This mad me upset, so they asked what they could do to make it right. I said, "Overnight the part to me"
They offered instead to give me "expedited shipping", I wasn't ok with that, but I didn't have much choice. A week later they still hadn't shipped it to me. I called back a week later and they still hadn't shipped it. So I left a negative review on their facebook page. Immediately Ryan from SLICKCAR.com e-mailed and called me to ask what he could do to make it right and get me to remove the reviews. I told him the same thing, as soon as you get the part from your supplier, OVERNIGHT it to me.
He just said that was unreasonable, and then proceeded to THREATEN me unless I removed my reviews. He got very upset and irate at me for not pulling the reviews down. A few days after I finally got the part, he called to threaten me some more. I had to take time off of work to go pick up the incorrect part and drop it off for return shipment. I told him, 'You have my word, I will return the part, but considering the rush your company put on it, I AM NOT going to go out of my way to return it. You'll get it, but it may be a week or two.'
About a week and a half after I got the correct part, RYAN called the shop where I had it delivered and threatened them for not returning the part. They pretty much said 'F& YOU! We didn't order it, we are not responsible for the return, and WE WILL NOT LET YOU BULLY US'. Good for them, but then RYAN called the cops to try to get my mechanic arrested. Totally NOT COOL, Ryan "DouchBag" [too afraid to give his last name] from SlickCARS.com, GNU Industries, and CustomStreetDesigns.com.
No wonder they have a BIG FAT F from the BBB. They have no idea how to provide decent customer service.
