Service King is the most scandelous auto body shop I have ever run across. First they upped the damages to the vehicle to get more money from Allstate, which that I can understand. However, before the repairs were authorized a technician started to repair the vehicle so when we went to pick up the car it is covered in bondo.
The vehicle was parked on my street and someone backed into the car (Dodge, Durango) while pulling out of the driveway, he was going 5 miles an hour barely bumped the car and Service King really jacked up the estimate, saying there is damage to the steering and under the car? And now there is bondo all over the car and they told us we have to go pay someone to have it painted? The only damage was to the bumper, all it needs is a new bumper but there is bondo all over the fender and the emblem's are missing and Service King says the technician started that because he thought it would be fixed at Service King.
