My vehicle was in their shop for minor hail damage. They had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks, I was finally called and told that my vehicle would be ready the next morning. I arrived at there shop 7:20, but told that there was still some minor items to complete the job, it would be ready in 5 minutes. I was continually put off for an hour. When I finally got my vehicle at 8:40, it reeked of body odor, as if a homless person had slept in the drivers seat and my airconditioner's freon has been drained so my freon had to be replaced (at a reliable dealer).
Theres no corporate web page to file a complaint with, so I'll go all over the web and complain this way.
