Horrible Buying Experience-Horrible Customer Service-54.000 Down The Drain

The worst customer service, and car
buying experience EVER ive bought 2 cars from this company in the
last 3 months (brand new) My wife a 2012 Chevy equinox LS 24.000$ and
a 2012 Chevy Avalanche LTZ 50,000$ for myself, ive had to put my

Vehicle in the shop 3 times and i haven't had it 2 months. I had a
problem with the paint (there were parts on my vehicle that had paint
missing, and paint was running all over my brake light), a problem with
the passenger side door, (it wasn't alined with the other doors, and
the door didn't close all the way, and water was getting in the
vehicle) the driver side, side mirror. (didn't function properly and
had to be replaced) and now the transmission. (when i come to a
stop, my RPM Gage raises, like the gas is being applied) I had the
service manger take it for a test drive and when he came toa
stop, the car excelled and he replied "ut oh, its not supposed to
do that" not only do they not know what the problem is, or how to
fix it, they keep telling me "its a small problem" you're
making a big deal out of this" "that's what the warranty is
for to fix problems" i asked if its a small thing why isn't it
fixed? Or why don't you know what the problem is? I don't think i
should need to use the warranty less than 8 weeks after ive bought
this truck.
