Car was damaged. We took our car to Meineke for brakes and while they were putting the struts in they had knocked and broke a piece of the computer program on the car. The manager/owner said he would repair it but then the next day, we called to see if they got the part in for that piece so they can fix it, but Meineke said they had changed ownership overnight and that they aren't reponsible for the problem of the owner before. Every two weeks they get a new owner or every couple of days. Please do not take your car there. You never know who is working on your car or if they will even be open the next day.
