I placed 3 orders with From You Flowers the same day. It was the first time I have used them. I normally use PoroFlowers or 1800Flowers. One of the arrangements was delivered just like the picture looked. That was the least expensive of the items ordered. The other two arrangements, totalling nearly $300 worth of flowers, looked nothing like what I had ordered. They were embarrassing. I had chosen my arrangements very carefully. A huge basket of high quality brightly colored flowers including roses, lilies, gerber daisies, etc. For the funeral of a very special aunt. The basket instead was filled with pink and white carnmations and five red roses. Nothing bright about it. No greenery to speak of. None of the expensive flowers included. And they still charged me $169.99! When I brought it to their attention, along with the second arrangement that had equally been substituted (it was supposed to feature big red lilies, of which there were none) with a much cheaper and not very pretty version, they offered me 20% off. They have no quality control because had I not attended the funeral in person I would not have been aware of the massive substitution. Eventually they gave me 30% off, but really, $136 plus shipping/delivery for a basket of unwanted carnations and 5 red roses?! I have been cheated. I spend about $5,000 each year on flowers, and will never use From You Flowers again. Their competitors are much more reliable.
