I visited Legacy Infiniti Saturday 8/4 to negotiate the purchase of the vehicle. After reaching terms which were not clarified, I was informed by the finance manager that there will be an additional $425 for DMV fees even though the Sales manager said there will not be any DMV fees charged. That communication breakdown between the two departments was a red flag for me. After the sales team refused to budge, we departed with no deal.
I come to learn the next day they had pulled my credit report 9 times without even disclosing any information to me, let alone doing it in my presence. I informed them of this and have been receiving the runaround since. My concern further exasperates because my credit scores are damaged due to this credit inquiry abuse. I specifically spoke to Ian, a finance manager. I have spoken to Adam, a sales manager and have yet to hear from any of them. I was never provided any copies of the documents they claimed they shredded, which further undermines any legitimacy they may have to run my scores this number of times.
