BDA Suspected Controling Credit report scores

Was informed that if ANY one of my credit scores was above 500 that they would be able to get me funded.
After payment of $3,500. They said thet the bank rejected my application because of credit scores being in the 400 range. I was never provided a copy of report showing scores. I purchased my scores from all three bureaus which showed all scores well above 500 and sent copies to BDA.
They then became harder to contact but finally did return a call informing me that they do not make refunds.
I would not recommend this company and would advise all to BEWARE.
