We took our 2009 GMC Yukon Denali in as we were seeing an unusual wear pattern on our front tires. We asked the service department to diagnose the issue and fix it so we would not have problems in the future as the vehicle was still under warranty. They ran some diagnostics, said there was nothing wrong and sold us 2 new front tires. No recomendation for aligning the tires or any additional services. Less than 1 year later, we have the same wear pattern on our new tires, to the point where the belts are exposed, and we checked back with the service department, who is of course willing to sell us 2 new tires and have no explanation why they failed to align the vehicle the last time we were there. Ironically, when they put you on hold, they run a message about how they are dedicated to high quality service and customer satisfaction but their quality of expertise and consultation is terrible. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid this service center. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a shop that knows what they are doing.
