I purchased 2 tires from Big O Tires in Oro Valley, AZ October. Both of the tires purchased were suppose to be 50,000 mile tires. The tires are already bald and because; since October I drove 25,000 miles the Manager stated that he would not be able to take these tires back because I had driven so many miles in such a short time period.
When I bought these tires I was told that they were 50,000 mile tires. The tires are clearly worn. I know the tire Mfr. Has a warranty on tires that are sold. I was offered a "Deal" that in his words I could take or not the deal was he would sell me tires at his cost balance them and put them on at my cost.
I reiterated that the tires did not last up to the 50,000 mile warranty so he should be good business man and take them off and exchange them for new ones under the warranty he kept talking over me and plain out refused and told me if I could get a better deal elsewhere that I do so. I am shocked and appalled that if you spend money on a product that has a 50,000 mile warranty that he business will; not hold up to their end of a product that they are backing by selling. This makes no sense to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone that I know. They fraud good people and sell faulty tires that will kill or injure someone.
