We have been a customer with your company for almost two years with a dumpster that you provided on our property and emptied on Mondays. Your garbage truck driver backed into our flatbed trailer used for hauling heavy equipment and caused damage. He came to the house and apologized and said he just didn't see it and backed into it hard. He called Dave Shanks from Shanks Enterprises, who got on the phone with us. Dave Shanks promised to pay for all the damage. He paid for some of the damage $200 for the smashed corner and tail light and fender reinforcing by a welding company. However when we went to use the machine, the tilt bed would not tilt/work without having to manually force the comalong every time because the flatbed was pushed out of alignment. When we contacted Shanks Enterprises about this problem, they didn't call back but instead just had the dumpster removed without notice. When we called Shanks Enterprises to ask why, we were treated very rudely by Debbie Shanks who said she wasn't going to tell us why they removed the dumpster and that she wasn't paying for the damage that their garbage truck driver caused to our personal property with their truck while here to empty their dumpster. We need to have this problem repaired immediately.
It was shocking to have them respond in this manner after years of service... They need to take care of the damage - all the damage! - that their company cause to our personal property.
