You turn up overseas and suddenly the price is 3x the quoted price, you are away from home, at a remote car hire depot that their "partners" took you to and what choice do you have?
On returning, I found that they don't answer their emails and essentially appear to have no legal comeback as they simple direct you to their partners web site who you paid and say "nothing to do with us".
