I had purchased a K&N Typhoon Air intake from LS Koncepts on 7/20 and paid with a Mastercard online. Totaling $264.99 usd
I attempted to contact customer service by email, a few times asking when I would receive a tracking number for the shipment or when I would receive notification of shipment. The following web page is a forum that the owner of the website was actually a big part of at one point, now it seems he has the website up just to collect money and not deliver any parts. I know I'm not alone on this one, but I would like to get my $265 back. I have to wait a few more days to contest the charges on my debit card because the order is still 'pending'.
If the web page is unable to load here are a few things that the forum posters responded with "I ordered an "LSE" grill from this website http://www.lskoncepts.com/store / after I hit a deer in my LS.
I have not received the grill, nor have I had any communication from them. My credit card sure was charged though.
Any advice, anyone?"
