In early March, I ordered 2 solid rubber tires from Air Free Tires on their internet website. Hugh Waters, the owner, immediately charged my credit card, but did not ship my tires. When I got my credit card statement I saw the charge and sinceI had not received my tires, I began to email and call the number on the website. I got no answer to the email and a recording on the phone but he never returned my message. This went on until late April, I called my credit card company. They said try a few more times to contact him and if he did not respond please call them back. I did try many times to contact him with no results. At that time I called the credit card company and they refunded my money and blocked him from using my credit card. I also had found a web-site cycling forum (google Air Free Tires cycling forum) on which were many instances of him scamming people like me. He even replied to one person "you got your money from your credit card company back off" He is one "sick puppy". One man got his money after he turned it in to the Attorney General of his State. I have done this too.
