Ordered auto parts online and since my credit card was charged on the 25th of April my repeated e-mails regarding the status of my order have been ignored. The phone number supplied in the FAQ section states that the customer service number is closed and all inquiries must be made via e-mail. I found out the address through a reverse phone search and even discovered the owners name. What should I do next? Registered mail demanding they cancel my order?
