After being duped into buying a lemon, they wouldn't give me a spare key. Wound up paying $85 because it was a transponder key. The and the cv shafts, ball joints, sway bar links, all that shit, went in the first year.
But what pisses me off the most is that they promised free oil changes for life and make it impossible to schedule an appointment. I've left multiple messages and they never return calls. Every time I've gotten the free oil change it's because I drove there and scheduled it. And even though they expanded their service center its always a month wait.
What a scam with the "free" oil changes for life, should've just said free oil changes when we feel like it. The few times I could get in I'm not entirely sure they even changed it. Especially this last time, maybe they just used bad oil or didn't change the filter but it ran worse than normal.
Then they have the nerve to have a automated reminder call my phone reminding me to call them and schedule an appointment. Call em back, get voice mail, and never get your call returned.
They are a typical used car crime family. Their sales people will be intimidating and condescending when answering questions and say anything to sell a car and once you buy it they offer high priced service to put in low quality parts.
