Dear Sir,
I'm an owner of a FORD Expedition Model 2011 registered in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Mileage: 59599 KM
Warranty ends by 27/6
I sent my car for regular maintenance on 1st July and the maintenance manager reported to me it got a problem in the FULE pipe in the engine and they are not doing any thing now and waiting for the spare parts to be available next week on 10th July.
I am on hold now and I can't take my car out until the spare part arrives? What to do? I don't know!
I asked for a spare car since this car under warranty the answer was no, and it is not there problem.
Also I should pay for this fixing since I didn't send the car as per schedule (every 5000 KM)
The car visited the Maintenance 3 times since I bought in 27 June.
I wonder is the kind of maintenance and treatment I am expecting to get from FORD or your agent.??
Since I am and my family on hold from the day I send it to maintenance relaying on the car rentals.
I am looking for your kind support to solve this issue ASAP.
