Hi, After regular maintenance as recently as 2 months ago that cost over $600, the engine would not start. Was told that cables were all melted due to chronic wear and tear over several years. Does this mean they did not open the hood at the maintenance or are they simply lying through their teeth? Incidentally, this time around, cost $400. No wonder Ford refused bail out money—they get it directly by hoodwinking their customers!
