Maintenance plan - F-150 1/2 ton

I purchased a 2010 ford f150. I received three voucher cards for free maintenance. The plan was for oil change and tire rotation, and inspection. I called liberty ford in vermilion ohio to exercise one voucher. The service department said they would not honor the vouchers. After some deliberation i got them to agree on one visit. At that time i was informed that they would not honor the other two. What gives? I need an answer please!!! My e add is bfiala@oh. Rr.com
