I kept receiving phone calls from Auto Marketing Systems stating that there was a high demand for my SUV. I was told that if the vehicle did not sell within 90 days of them receiving the payment of $250 that i would receive $230 of my money back.
My wife called and spoke with the lady to know where to send the pictures of the vehicle. At no time was there any mention of a receipt or was she asked did she get a receipt.
We sold our vehicle on own without receiving one phone call from AMS. When we contacted them about our refund, they stated that we were suppose to fill out the back of the receipt, (that we never received), and send it back in to them.
They said that it was nothing that they could do. Because we did not send in the receipt, (that we did not get), we would not be entitled to our $230 back.
We did not seek them out they kept calling us only to get our money and not produce not one customer.
Don't believe them.
