I purchased a vehicle from Easy Price Auto Sales on Jan. 24 2012. Drove vehicle home and the service engine light came on. The very next day Jan 25 at 9 am, I took the car back for a full refund of 3250 but only received 3000 back. I was told to wait until the dealer receives money in his account in order to get the 250 dollars which is the remaining balance due for my refund. I
have been calling and checking to see if they have the refund and now I am not getting any answer. I want my money back. The refund of 250 dollars. I have a cash receipt that shows I gave him 250 dollars in cash and I have my refund receipt of the 3000 that was given back to me on my credit card.
