This complaint involves a retail installment contract which was signed by
the dealer. The dealer gave a set price for my trade in $3500 by Sam the
fianace manager at napetltons dodge. The deal was then finalized for a 2007
mustang gt. I then later received a call 4 days later saying there was an issue
with the deal and that they gave me too much for my trade in and could not sell
me the car after everyone was signed. I went in the next day and talked too tom
the gm and he told me the deal would have to restrucred because my girl friend
was buying the car in her name which was fine because legally she can still buy
the car and have me drive it under her name with her consent but the problem
lies with the trade in of my car which they wanted too change after everything
was signed. I was later informed by Sam that they made a mistake about the trade
in. This is not my fault this is considered false advertising. The trade on a
signed contract was 3500 this also violated the truth in lending law. If you
don't want to give me 3500 for my trade then fine but don't tell me you are put
it down on a contract and then sign it. This is by far the worst dealership i have ever been too!!! They lie to you!!! They dont give a crap about you just making money!!!
