TAPA united This company does not appear to be open for business despite their claim to accept new customers

I'm not sure what this company is but I can tell you what they are not:
1.) They do not answer the phone at their corporate office.
2.) No one returns calls from the HR Department at their corporate office.
3.) They do not respond to my prospects inquiries to either the corporate phone number (1-800-499-1030) or email ([email protected]).
4.) They do not pay the rep (s) the salaries and reimbursements owed.
5.) They do not return the rep (s) phone calls or emails.

Prospects cannot get these people to return a phone call or email.
