I cannot believe how such a devious company can exist. They are deceitful and train their agents poorly. They give out erroneous information. Can you imagine their Corporate Offices tell their agents if they give out their Corporate Office telephone they will lose their jobs. I asked for an RA# to return merchandise purchased. They sent it to me. I took the time to mail it back. After several phones calls they they tell me I have passed the 40 days policy for returns. Truth of the matter is they purposeley delay the process in order not to return your money. A company like this is in existence because they have customers. Problem is they have no customer service and should not be allowed to be in business.
