We'd 7 individuals to be acquired at 10:15 am as guaranteed (currently compensated) from Miami to Foot. Lauderdale airport to capture a trip.
First we got a phone in one of the motorists stating he'd be therein fifteen minutes. Then they named and stated they'd be another 20 minutes late because of traffic. 20 minutes later, we got a phone stating they'd not have the ability to reach us and we were on our very own. Terrible customer support! I requested to keep in touch with the Supervisor and also the person who responded the telephone stated he was the Supervisor. He explained to simply move and revel in the beach. Not really a really wise Supervisor, he understood we'd a trip to capture. Fortunately, our resort administration team could contact us 2 taxis to accommodate 7 people plus baggage at an additional cost of $90.
