After I got pregnant, I needed to put on up my account, however they explained to pay for $5 per month to maintain the membership or I've to pay for another initiation charge after I return. I chose to spend the charge every month to maintain the account plus one evening I quit by there and stated I do want to maintain my account out of this month. A guy who appeared to be the supervisor stated "okay, " but the following month I had been billed significantly more than $5. I named them-and they created me keep in touch with the brand new supervisor. She stated they simply transformed their administration but she did not get any notice in the prior supervisor stating that I am pregnant. I informed her that I offered him the confirmation of maternity and he explained "okay." But she stated based on the plan I have to provide them with a health care provider's notice, not really a confirmation of pregnancy. I declined to achieve that since I currently got the acceptance from their employees despite the fact that he is no longer working anymore. Following day I called again and he or she told me she spoke towards the prior supervisor but he explained he did not say "okay" in my experience. He lied! I visited the membership myself and requested to keep in touch with the team who had been there after I was speaking with the prior supervisor, however they would not allow me. Really shady and unprofessional!
