If you are in an auto accident this is the last place u should consider going this owner mr ram refuses to give estimates on repairs only wants to see your police report and get insurance money w/out giving u an estimate. Or gives u an estimate then makes u sign papers for direct check from insurance to body shop so he can get insurance $ this shop is a rip off they need to be put out of business. Owner gives u a estimate for $2400 for dameages and takes $7000 from insurance company. This company has rip off all over it. This company is also being reported to the bbb as a bad business body shop owner is con artist who desrves to be in jail for misleading consumers to believe if he gives an estimate for $500 and the insurance company appraises damages at $1500 he feels he is entitled to the $1000 extra dollars when its your $ not his. This guy is a dead con artist preying on people who have no knowledge of the procedures of filing a claim w / an insurance company, getting an estimate for damages, having appraiser appraise damages this owner of r & g body shop feels he is entitled to every penny. This guy is a fraud he conned many people but we will see for how long b4 god gives him a dose of his own fraudelent medicine... U are about to go out of business for robbing people mr ram. When u go to a body shop u go to fix your car, with this owner of r & g body shop this guy must have went an took his bar exam to be a lawyer... Because when u go to his body shop he isnt concerned about fixing your vehicle he is concerned about how much he can get from the insurance companies, he wants to see your police report and refuses to give you an estimate. Not only is this company being reported to the bbb also i am filing a lawsuit against the owner and his company for misleading consumers to believe he doesnt have to giev an estimate and if u are in an accident all the insurance $ belongs to him this guy is a con artist... If anyone else has a complaint about this company and would like to join in the suit let me know.
