I purchased a pre-owned 1999 Isuzu Rodeo from Warner Robins Mitsubishi. When I purchased the vehicle, the gas gauge was not working, and the cruise control would shut off whenever anything else was done with the wand that the cruise control is located on, including when I would try to accelerate, coast, or even turn on the windshield wipers.
The sales manager said that those were easy problems to fixed and he would take care of the problems as soon as I bought the vehicle. WRONG!
I have had this car for almost a month now, and the problems still exist. At first, the manager said that it would be fixed by the end of the week. Then he claimed that the cruise control was working fine and the float for the gas tank that I needed was difficult to find. After about two weeks, he told me that he had finally found the part, and that someone would go pick it up the next day.
Soon I get a call from one of the sales men, saying that they can't go pick up the part. They have to mail the check to the other dealership that has it, and it should be in within four days. After four days, I call to see if it is in yet, but no. The manager says that the check (which was supposed to have been mailed off!) is sitting on his desk, and soemone will go pick up the part the next day. I call the next day, and he says the porter he sent forgot to pick up the part. Now the manager is avoiding my calls and not returning my messages. The cruise control, which I insisted be checked again, has still not been looked at. They say they are waiting for the other part to come in.
I just want this vehicle fixed! These are simple little problems. I have begun researching the history of the company, and have discovered that their membership with the Better Business Bureau was revoked about a year ago, due to their failure to respond to customer complaints!
